Our program(s) pricing varies based on the type of training you choose that's best for your needs, whether semi-private, partner, or private sessions. We offer flexible pricing options to accommodate various budgets. You will only be paying for the sessions in your program as we do not charge any initiation fees or monthly membership fees. All of our programs include our nutrition plans, homework workouts on our app, our exclusive Prolean Handbook and 3D body accountability scanner for free. We suggest to schedule your free no obligation consult so that we may give you our welcome packet that includes our hourly training fees and programs.

Our nutrition program is designed to support you in achieving your fitness goals through multiple approaches. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your lifestyle, eating habits, and desired outcomes to determine whether flexible eating or a structured meal plan suits you best. Our program is aimed at helping you enjoy food while making sustainable lifestyle changes.
We offer both partner and semi-private personal training options. Partner training allows you to work out with a friend or family member, with the flexibility to choose your workout days and times. Our semi-private training sessions are held at set times each week, providing a small group environment (up to 5 people) where you can work alongside others who share similar fitness goals.
There are no hidden fees or gym membership costs. You only pay for the sessions. As a client, you also receive complimentary access to our nutrition support, home workouts, and 3D body scanner. As a private studio we do not charge any type of initial costs either.

Our Styku 3D Body Scanner offers visual proof of your journey, with detailed measurements and body composition analysis that boost motivation and consistency. We conduct your first scan during the initial session, then regularly throughout the months to track your progress.

Yes, we offer both vegan and vegetarian nutrition plans! Our program has a variety of flexibly dieting or nutrition plans to suit plant-based diets while ensuring you meet your fitness and nutritional goals.
Consultations last anywhere between 15-25 min max. Our goal is to learn everything there is to your goals and your background so that we may serve your health and fitness needs best. You don't need to wear athletic clothing as during this consultation we just talk about where you are and how we can assist you to where you would want to be.
Our consultations typically last 20-30 minutes. During this session, we will provide a tour of the facility, discuss your fitness goals and workout history in detail, explain how our program works, and answer any questions you may have. This allows us to determine the most effective approach to help you achieve your fitness objectives.
