1-on-1 Personal Training
Our one-on-one personal training service is designed with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every session is tailored specifically to you. We prioritize your unique needs, addressing any injuries or limitations with customized modifications for a safe and effective workout. Whether you’re a beginner taking your first steps toward fitness or an advanced individual striving for new goals, our personalized approach adapts to your level and pace. Experience focused support that empowers you to train confidently and progress efficiently, with expert guidance every step of the way.


SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Our semi-private training offers the perfect blend of personalized attention and group motivation, with sessions for up to 5 people at specific times each week. This option provides a more affordable way to access expert coaching while still receiving individualized modifications tailored to your needs, including any injuries or fitness level. The small-group personal training setting fosters a supportive and interactive environment, where you benefit from both the trainer's guidance and the shared energy of the group. It's an engaging, cost-effective way to stay committed, challenged, and connected on your fitness journey.
Currently our semi-private is on Mondays & Wednesdays at 6pm.

Start with a personal consultation
You speak with an expert about your goals, challenges, and expectations. We explain how the method works for you and what results are realistic within your timeframe.

We scan your body with our 3D Body Scanner.
Our 3D body scanning technology allows us to see your body composition, measurements, posture, bone density and several other important factors that allow us to then create with the addition of the lifestyle questionnaire a program suited for you.

Your results are monitored continuously. When something needs refining, it’s adjusted early so progress stays consistent and predictable.

You train one-to-one in a private gym, following a precise training program designed to deliver results efficiently. Every session builds on the last.

OUR SYSTEM
At Prolean Training, we follow a proven system designed to set every client up for success. It starts with a comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire, helping us understand your sleep, stress, habits, and more. Next, we use our exclusive 3D body scanner to assess your full body composition. Based on this data, we provide personalized nutrition recommendations and support your progress with our training app, giving you workouts to follow even on days you're not in the studio. With this system, you have everything you need to stay consistent, and reach your goals.
